The Championships will be held from 28th of September to 27th of October 2024
- Main draw singles matches will be best of 3 sets - at 6 games all a tie breaker gets played. The 3rd set should be a full set.
- All doubles matches (men's, ladies' and mixed) will be the best of 3 sets but the 3rd set should be a match 10 point tie-break instead of a full set.
- A "back draw" will be played between losers of 1st and 2nd rounds when possible. The 2nd round losers feed into the back draw in the opposite order.

- Dependent on the number of entries, a particular Championship may be played as a Round Robin competition.
- Round Robin matches will be the best of 3 sets. The 3rd set should be a match 10 point tie-break instead of a full set.
The match tie-break shall count as a set won or lost by 1 game to 0 for the purposes of the final standing calculation.
The final standings of the group shall be determined by the following priority:
- Greatest number of wins;
- Head to head results (if only two players are tied);
- Highest percentage of sets won;
- Highest percentage of games won;
- Draw by lot.
- In the event of rain, the match will be postponed accordingly.
- Umpires will be arranged for the finals ONLY.
- A player that is more than 15 minutes late for a match automatically forfeits the match in question.
- A player may be scheduled to play more than one match on a particular day.
- Non-payment of the entry fee may lead to to disqualification of a player.
- Second hand balls will be used for backdraw and handicap matches.
- Any issues get dealt with by the organising committee representatives and their decision is final.
- A player may only have ONE "non-available" day over the championship period but she/he must be available to play over the finals weekend.
Once a player has provided the date she/he is NOT available to play, then missing a match or needing to change will only occur under
extraordinary circumstances.
