Ladies' Doubles 'Round Robin' matches will be 11 games (all 11 games to play)
with the 11th game being a tie breaker should the scores be 5 games all.
Then the top two pairs determined by the highest number of game points
(winning games minus losing games) will play a best of 3 sets final match.
